DTU Science Park

DTU Science Park is Denmark’s leading science park. We create a space where deep tech ideas are developed and shaped, so they can be realized more quickly and turned into business.

At High Tech Summit, we wish to engage with ambitious tech startups and new business partners. We work to pave the way from science to business. That’s why you can find us at both the Startup Fair at the library and in the exhibition hall – just next to the main stage.

Futurebox

Futurebox is DTU Science Park’s incubator and accelerator for ambitious deep tech startups. We match startups with industry partners, investors, mentors and other experts. All to help startups shorten their runway to the market and increase their likelihood of success.

Danish Tech Challenge

Futurebox also houses Danish Tech Challenge—Denmark’s most intensive and ambitious accelerator programme for hardware startups. Each year, Danish Tech Challenge handpicks 20 startups who compete for the prize of DKK 500,000 from the Danish Industry Foundation.

Stardust Demoday

The final networking fair is a way to enable students to interact with student-entrepreneurs and with the other organizations at DTU. The event also attracts a significant number of professionals that are interested in the latest ideas of students. DemoDay took place at the High Tech Summit on September 2017 for the first time with an audience of around 250 students and professionals.

Stardust-DTU is a student-driven organization that promotes entrepreneurship. The biggest event is Demo Day and takes place 2 times per year (October and February). The event is mainly targeting students and features two pitching sessions, a panel talk, and a networking fair.

The purpose of the event is to let students know what the possibilities are within the DTU startup ecosystem and to inspire them to try out entrepreneurship by showcasing success stories of student-run startups.
