Five Questions for Damvig
Damvig is leading on the Danish 3D printing market. 3D printing has gained a lot of attention during recent years, while Damvig has developed innovative solutions to Danish companies since 1995. Damvig will be exhibiting at High Tech Summit 2018. We asked 3D Print Consultant Flemming Gravsen five questions about Damvig’s attendance at High Tech Summit.

3D Print Consultant Flemming Gravesen
Why are you exhibiting at High Tech Summit 2018?
More and more companies integrate 3D printing in their productions. At Damvig, we have lots of experience, which is why we are eager to inspire other companies to benefit from the technology.
Which main themes interest you most?
At Damvig, we are convinced that 3D printing will play an important role in the majority of industries in the future. For that reason, most of the themes at High Tech Summit are relevant for us.
What role does digitalization and robotic technology play in your company?
We are constantly working to optimise and automate our production. This is where digital integration and robotics will play a central role in the future.
What holds most value for you at the summit?
It will be interesting to see in which direction the development goes and to be inspired by alternative possibilities. On top of that, the big network of competent professionals gives a great opportunity to find inspiration and to convey our knowledge and experiences of 3D printing.
What can we expect from Damvig at High Tech Summit 2018?
We are looking forward to show how a number of manufactures already use 3D printing in their productions, and why it is critical to other companies to make their own experiences with 3D printing to remain competitive in the future.

“It’s no use closing your eyes to the changes. We need to constantly keep up and try to influence the process.”
