DTU High Tech Summit is located in Lyngby 15 km north of Copenhagen. You can reach the main campus by car or by public transportation.

By car

Expect extra travelling time and heavy traffic during peak hours in the morning and afternoon. On Helsingør Motorvejen towards Lyngby (route 19) and on Lundtoftegårdsvej especially.

Please, arrive early at DTU Lyngby. The doors open at 8 am.

Parking at High Tech Summit

Parking is free and parking areas are very close to the exhibition areas.

By bus or train

Several busses cross or pass the campus area and Lyngby Station is just 2 km away with even more bus connections.

Taxi taxi

From the airport it will cost you about DKK 600 (EUR 80) and from downtown Copenhagen about DKK 350 (EUR 47) .

When will High Tech Summit 2020 take place?

The High Tech Summit will take place 18 – 19 November 2020.

What are the show opening and closing times?

Registration is open from 8 am on both days.
Opening hours:
18 November from 8:00 am to 6 pm
19 November from 8:00 am to 5 pm

How many people are expected to attend High Tech Summit 2020?

We expect up to 5,000 visitors to attend the High Tech Summit.

Eat and drink

For visitors:

Cantina Building 101 (next to the Glasshall). Open from 10 am until 3 pm

Café Building 101: Open from 7.30 am until 8 pm.

Cantina Building 202. Open from 11 am until 2 pm

What time should I arrive during the event?

Running registration from 8 am. First keynote speak from 9 am. Please arrive 30 minutes before desired talk or session.

How do I register for High Tech Summit?

No entrance fee required.
